Job Description

Key responsibilities :

Production planning and scheduling:

Create and manage production schedules to meet project timelines and ensure efficient use of resources.

Process optimization:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for steel fabrication to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Quality assurance:

Ensure all fabricated components and finished PEB structures meet design specifications, quality attributes, and safety standards.

Equipment management:

Oversee the maintenance and operation of machinery and equipment used in the fabrication process.

Data analysis:

Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and track performance.

Team collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as design, procurement, and project management, to ensure smooth project execution.

Safety protocols:

Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment on the production floor.

Qualifications and skills :

Education:

BE / Diploma.

Experience:

Experience in PEB manufacturing or steel fabrication is highly desirable.

Technical skills:

Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and materials. Proficiency in relevant engineering software. Understanding of quality control systems and methodologies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
