Role Overview

The Production & Stock Management Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, managing inventory and material flow, ensuring efficient handling of CRGO steel, and supporting commercial operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of CRGO materials, production processes, and customer order management.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Operations

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities. Ensure accurate cutting, slitting, shearing, and processing of CRGO sheets/ coils. Maintain production records, workflows, and shift reports. Ensure machinery utilization, preventive maintenance scheduling, and workplace safety.

2. Stock & Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory of CRGO coils, sheets, and finished goods. Create GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and track material movements. Ensure proper storage, handling, and identification of CRGO materials. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking.

3. Commercial Coordination

Coordinate with the sales/commercial team for order planning and dispatch scheduling. Support customer order processing, invoicing, and documentation. Communicate lead times, production status, and dispatch updates to relevant teams. Assist in vendor coordination for raw materials, logistics, and packaging supplies.

4. Quality & Compliance

Ensure CRGO material quality standards are met as per customer requirements. Coordinate with Quality Assurance for testing, inspection, and certification. Maintain compliance with ISO and other industrial standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field. 2-4+ years of experience in CRGO industry or electrical steel processing. Strong understanding of CRGO properties, grades, and handling methods. Knowledge of production planning, inventory systems, and ERP tools. Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
