We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Mechanical Engineer

or any technical field with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in managing production activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and working experience in

painting, blasting, fabrication, rubber processing, roto moulding, harnessing, or plasma cutting

. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality output, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities related to mechanical processes such as painting, blasting, fabrication, or rubber/roto moulding operations. Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization. Implement and maintain process controls to ensure product quality and compliance with standards. Coordinate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols. Manage production reports, shift planning, and material consumption records. Conduct root cause analysis for any production defects or delays. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment such as plasma cutters, moulding machines, harnessing tools, etc. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize workflow. Ensure compliance with ISO/industry-specific standards, where applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 4-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical production environment. Practical knowledge in

at least 2 or more

of the following: Surface treatment:

Painting, Blasting

Fabrication & Welding

Rubber Industry processes

Roto Moulding operations

Harnessing

and assembly processes

Plasma Cutting & CNC operations

Strong understanding of production planning, material handling, and shop floor control. Hands-on experience with production tools, quality checks, and safety practices. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
