? Shall be responsible to work as team & support other functions as ordered by Manager.

? Shall be responsible for Safe Execution of Vehicle Manufacturing & Refurbishment

activities as supervised.

? Shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work area.

? Shall be responsible for Zero rework.

? Shall be responsible for maintaining peace & harmony at work place.

? Shall be responsible for day today work allocation for teams and guidance.

? Shall be responsible to provide the material and resources required for day today

production.

? Shall be responsible Production process are caried out on time.

? Recording daily work hours of team job wise.

? Maintain daily record of production data and material issue record job wise.

? Maintain 5 S in shop.

? To carried out Daily Gemba meeting with planning team and design along with reporting

manager.

? Timely execution of Job and improve process time by implementing new ideas for

production process.

? Side by side inspection of job stage wise.

? Maintain record for Qc reports job wise and stage wise.

? Improving painting quality by improvising to adhere the process defined for painting.

? Inward inspection when where required.

? Maintaining customer complaints record and its Root cause for repetitive complaints.

? Allocation and discussion of customer complaints with reporting manager and to resolve

it in minimum time line by deputing manpower.

? Customer feedback monitoring and Maintaining record. (Customer Rating)

? Maintain proper maintenance of machineries and hand tools.

? Reduce wastages.

? Study Cycle time for each job, maintain its data and reduce manhours by implementing

new ideas.

? Responsible for job wise costing.

? Maintain safety policy environment to avoid accident during work hours.

? Customer complaint and ensure higher customer satisfaction by taking feedback in

writing & improves customer satisfaction by 20 %

? Complaint analysis and resolution rate (Reduce defects, improve response time for

customer queries, and enhance after-sales service.)

? Reduce defect rates by 20% through Six Sigma implementation and monitor monthly

defects with its corrective action

? Over time monitoring project wise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
