Job Title: Production Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Production Manager

to oversee and manage the complete production process of

EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Cranes

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and efficient utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of EOT Crane production. Production planning, scheduling, and workflow management. Supervision of fabrication, machining, assembly & testing teams. Ensuring compliance with quality standards (IS/ISO). Monitoring daily production activities and resolving technical issues. Coordinating with Design, Purchase, and Dispatch departments. Maintaining production reports and improving productivity. Ensuring safety standards and housekeeping on the shop floor. Managing manpower and optimizing resource usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred). 3-7 years of experience in production. Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining & assembly processes. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
