Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated

Production Engineer

to join our team. The role involves overseeing the

manufacturing of FRP equipment, chemical process equipment, and custom-designed extraction systems

. The candidate will ensure efficient production planning, adherence to quality & safety standards, and continuous improvement in processes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day production activities of

FRP and chemical equipment

manufacturing. Ensure compliance with

EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety)

and company quality standards. Coordinate with

Design, Quality Control, and Maintenance

teams for smooth project execution. Monitor

production schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization

to meet project deadlines. Implement process improvements to reduce costs, optimize material usage, and enhance productivity. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain detailed production reports, documentation, and records. Train and guide shop-floor staff on standard operating procedures and safe work practices. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements. Support new product trials, equipment testing, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma

in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in

FRP equipment manufacturing / chemical equipment / fabrication industry

(freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply). Knowledge of

FRP fabrication, resin systems, molding techniques, and chemical process equipment

is an added advantage. Familiarity with

AutoCAD/solid modeling software

and production planning tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Good communication skills for coordination across departments.
