Supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
To develop plans that improve production, costs and manpower required.
To assist Production Manager in all manufacturing process activities.
To maintain stocks, manufacturing stage wise in company's available software.
Ensure optimum staffing levels and workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Ensure output meets quality standards. Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
Maintenance of production related documents and records.
Ensure production operations, product handling, packaging and dispatch.
Monitor and maintenance of raw materials/ product inventory in coordination with Production Manager.
Enforce health and safety precautions.
