Job Discription:

Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor for EV charger assembly and testing.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met while maintaining safety and compliance.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely issue resolution.

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.

Monitor equipment performance and schedule regular maintenance to minimize downtime.

Maintain production records, reports, and documentation as per ISO and industry standards.

Train and guide production staff, ensuring adherence to work instructions and safety protocols.

Conduct root cause analysis for any production issues and implement corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
