Experience required in CRGO industry

Experience - 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Monitor and control CRGO production lines to ensure efficient workflow from raw materials to finished goods.

Process Improvement:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime and costs.

Quality Assurance:

Work closely with QA teams to ensure that all products meet required standards and customer specifications.

Troubleshooting:

Resolve production issues promptly and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Production Scheduling:

Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to develop and maintain production schedules using

SAP

.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.

Data Monitoring:

Use

SAP

to track KPIs such as output, scrap rates, and production time; generate and analyze performance reports.

Continuous Improvement:

Support lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

Training & Support:

Train shop floor personnel on production procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.

Cost Control:

Identify and implement cost-saving measures in raw material usage, energy, and manpower.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical. 1 to 3 years in a production engineering role, preferably in CRGO or steel manufacturing. Hands-on experience with CRGO production processes is highly desirable. Proficiency in

SAP (PP/MM/PM modules preferred)

for production and maintenance tracking.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of CRGO material behavior and processing. Familiarity with process optimization tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. SAP software experience for production planning and reporting.
