Plan and execute daily production activities in the sheet metal fabrication area.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Prepare and maintain production reports and shift logs.
Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Supervise machine operators and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to sheet metal operations (bending, punching, welding, etc.).
Ensure on-time delivery as per production schedule.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication industry.
Knowledge of CNC Turret Punch, Laser Cutting, Bending, and Welding processes.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks preferred.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
