Production Engineer

Location

Bavla, CEART area, Konart Steel facility

Experience Required

1 to 3 years (sometimes 0-1 years acceptable for fresher + some exposure)

Educational Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Production / Industrial Engineering

- Coordinate with departments (design, quality, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth flow
- Monitor fabrication / assembly processes / line operations
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
- Ensure process optimization / efficiency improvements
- Maintain production metrics, reports, data analysis
- Assist in cost control, material usage, minimize wastage
- Supervising shop floor / work teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms

Skills Required

- Ability to read and interpret structural / fabrication / engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, assembly, steel fabrication processes
- Analytical skills, data handling (Excel etc.)
- Good communication & coordination
- Problem-solving mindset

Salary / Compensation

?18,000 up to ₹30,000 (depending on experience, responsibilities) -- if you are newer/less experienced, salary will likely be on the lower side of this range

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
