Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2-3 years in production line operations

:

Plan, organise, and monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.

Supervise production line activities, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and procurement teams for smooth operations.

Monitor production KPIs and prepare reports for management.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of mechanical production processes.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage line-level operations.

2. Machine Operator

Qualification: ITI Fitter / Experienced in Machine Operation

Experience: Relevant experience in operating SPM (Special Purpose Machines)

:

Operate and monitor SPM machines as per production requirements.

Ensure machine setup, calibration, and proper functioning.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

Maintain production records and report any discrepancies.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with SPM or similar machines.

Attention to detail and precision in operations.

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
