Job Description

1. Taking Care of Production, Production Planning.

2. Managing or handling Shift of Production or playing role of Shift In charge.

3. To sort out various design issues in Design Review meeting.

4. Reduction of rework at manufacturing stages due to human error & design error (to some extent).

5. Manage work discipline & productive industrial relationship with harmony.

6. Safety of the technicians.

7. Material availability in every stages of manufacturing.

8. Supervising work to the quality standard.

9. Preparing Monthly, Weekly and daily production plan.

10. Planning for total material requirement as per Quarterly plan.

11. Develop the skill of technician by training.

12. Final inspection of during dispatch period of transformers.

13. Coordination with other Department.

14. Taking care of all resources at production area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
