Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated

Production Manager

to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily production activities, managing raw material stock (especially plastic granules), monitoring mold performance, coordinating with the QC team, and ensuring timely output as per production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily production schedules Monitor and resolve mold and machine-related issues Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate procurement Ensure quality standards are met throughout the process Coordinate with internal departments (QC, Packaging, Dispatch) Optimize manpower and workflow for efficiency Report production status and issues to senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience in plastic product manufacturing Knowledge of plastic injection molding and granules Strong leadership and team management skills Based in or willing to relocate to

Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
