Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. This role

is ideal for recent engineering graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in a

manufacturing or fabrication environment. The selected candidate will assist in managing

production processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall shop floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

? Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

? Support the implementation of production schedules and deadlines.

? Coordinate with design and quality control teams to resolve technical issues.

? Maintain production records and report on operational performance.

? Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

? Assist in improving processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or

related field.

? 0-1 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment (internships or

training considered).

? Basic understanding of fabrication processes, tools, and safety protocols.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Good communication and teamwork abilities.

? Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment.
