We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate who is well-versed in operating and maintaining various workshop machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of both conventional and CNC machines and demonstrate technical proficiency in machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain workshop machinery including:

Lathe

Drilling Machines

Milling Machines

CNC Turning Centers

Boring Machines

Other conventional and specialized machines Perform setup and alignment of workpieces and tooling. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during machining operations. Conduct routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 4 + years of experience working in a mechanical workshop. Strong understanding of machining principles and tool selection. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues. Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an added advantage.

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?37,000.00 per month
