Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Production Engineer

to join our team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. The selected candidate will assist in managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall shop floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Support the implementation of production schedules and deadlines. Coordinate with design and quality control teams to resolve technical issues. Maintain production records and report on operational performance. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Assist in improving processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 0-1 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment (internships or training considered). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic production environment.
