We are hiring a Production Engineer with strong experience in

eyewear manufacturing

to manage and improve shop-floor production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production activities in eyewear manufacturing Operate and supervise eyewear production machines

Hands-on experience in machine setup, tooling, and process optimization

Ensure quality standards, SOPs, and safety compliance Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams Handle shop-floor workforce and shift operations

Requirements:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production or related field 5+ years experience in eyewear or precision manufacturing Strong knowledge of eyewear manufacturing processes Ability to troubleshoot machines and processes

Location Preference:

Candidates willing to work at

Pilern Industrial Estate, Goa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,639.54 - ?48,515.72 per month
