Qualification
Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
Monitor machine performance and support preventive maintenance activities
Maintain production records and prepare basic reports
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
Coordinate with senior engineers and supervisors for process improvements
Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues in production equipment
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to work in long shifts and adapt to production schedules
Team player with good communication skills
