Responsibilities: ? Achieving Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly TATs to achieve production plan
? Meets dispatch deadline, to get repeat business from client to achieve
organisational sales target through regular and timely supervising work on shopfloor
and update the Production Manager
? Proactive on corrective action plan, preventive maintenance, Analysing
breakdowns, preparing daily reports on corrective actions taken
? Daily data entry in Tally
? Must follow SOPs, in all step of process, must maintain prescribed documentation &
records related to ISO standards
? Filing all necessary documents related to production, maintenance, planning, raw
material required, as per company format
? Avoid overtime - Preparing Daily report for man power planning, work allotment to
contractor with time scale
? Maintain routine repair and maintenance of production to avoid major delays or
breakdowns
? Must arrange raw material, tools, spares as per Work Order
? Must co-ordinate with respective department for design, material required, quality,
trial and dispatch
? Analysis and solve the problems with relevant team members
? communicating clearly and persuasively among other functions, superiors &
subordinates, through review, meetings, emails, calls
? Sharing the skills, knowledge, solutions by identifying the needs of business
? Must follow HR policies and processes, & Participate in employee engagement
activities
