Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production cycle.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and operating correctly.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with production staff and supervisors to meet production targets and address any issues.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in day and night shifts.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration.
