Production Engineer

Location:

Umbergaon, Gujarat

Industry:

ERW SS Tubes & Pipes Manufacturing

Experience:

3 to 8 years (only ERW SS Tube & Pipe industry)

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Production) or relevant technical qualification

& Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day

production of ERW SS tubes & pipes

Operate and monitor

forming, welding, sizing, cutting & finishing

processes Achieve production targets with

quality, safety, and efficiency

Control

process parameters

and reduce rejection & downtime Coordinate with

Quality & Maintenance

departments Ensure compliance with

SOPs, safety norms, and PPE usage

Monitor material consumption and productivity Maintain daily production records and reports Support continuous improvement activities on the shop floor

Candidate Profile:

Must be from

ERW SS Tube & Pipe industry only

Hands-on knowledge of

ERW mill operations

Basic understanding of

quality standards & inspection

Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to handle shifts and shop-floor responsibilities
