Profile: Production Engineer (Mechanical)

We are looking for an experienced

Production Engineer

with a strong background in

crane industry or heavy fabrication

. The ideal candidate will manage the manufacturing process, ensure quality and safety standards, and contribute to production efficiency in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage production activities on the shop floor. Understand engineering drawings and fabrication procedures related to cranes and heavy structures. Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution. Monitor daily production output and resolve manufacturing issues. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and company standards. Optimize workflow, manpower, and machinery usage. Provide technical support and training to the production team.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience:

3 to 6 years

in

crane manufacturing / heavy fabrication industry

Hands-on experience in welding, assembly, and fabrication of mechanical structures Knowledge of production planning, resource allocation, and quality standards

Salary Range:

?20,000 to ?45,000 (Based on experience and skills)
