Key Responsibilities
Lead the production activities related to
wiring harness and control panel assembly
Ensure accurate cable routing, crimping, cutting, stripping, and connector assembly
Operate and monitor machines/tools used in electrical component production
Conduct testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of harness assemblies
Optimize production workflows for efficiency and reduced downtime
Maintain documentation, wiring drawings, and production reports
Train and guide operators and technicians on correct processes
Comply with electrical safety standards and quality protocols
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Electrical / EEE / ECE
Minimum
2 years of experience
in wiring harness production or electrical assembly
Hands-on experience with machine operations in electrical manufacturing
Knowledge in electrical circuits, components, VFDs, connectors, and terminals
Strong understanding of quality standards and troubleshooting methods
Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
