Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Supervise shop floor operations related to electrical assembly, wiring, and testing Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials Monitor production processes and reduce rework and downtime Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs Support 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical production processes Experience in panel assembly, wiring, testing, or industrial electrical systems Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Basic knowledge of quality tools and troubleshooting ERP / MS Excel knowledge preferred

Candidate Profile:

Hands-on and result-oriented Good communication and team-handling skills Willingness to work in shifts

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
