Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Engineer

with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in managing production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets in alignment with safety and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations. Monitor production output, equipment performance, and process efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. Analyze production data and prepare reports on efficiency, downtime, and resource utilization. Supervise production staff and ensure effective team coordination. Manage raw material planning, inventory control, and workflow optimization. Support new product introduction and process validation activities. Maintain production documentation and ensure ISO / quality compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech

in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

OR

Diploma

in Mechanical / Production Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years

of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices. Good understanding of mechanical drawings, tools, and machine operations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
