Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Supervise daily EBM machine operations for uninterrupted production.

Process Optimization:

Adjust process parameters for consistent product quality and minimal rejections.

Shift Leadership:

Manage shift schedules and team productivity.

Hygiene & Compliance:

Maintain hygiene and safety as per food-grade manufacturing standards.

Machine Handling:

Perform mold changes, setup, and product trials as required.

Maintenance Support:

Collaborate with maintenance for timely upkeep of machines.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate production logs, rejection reports, and shift documentation.

Training & 5S:

Train operators in machine handling, safety, and workplace organization.

? Required Skills & Experience:

In-depth knowledge of EBM machinery (preferably

Kautex, Bekum, Uniloy

) Expertise in processing

HDPE and PP polymers

Familiar with

GMP, FSSAI/BRC

standards in food packaging environments Strong troubleshooting and

root cause analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
