Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Engineer of Automation Industry to oversee our manufacturing operations who have atleast 10 to 20 years of experience. the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufactucturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.

Job Location - Okhla , New Delhi

Salary - 10Lac CTC Upto

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily production operations across all lines. Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure optimal utilization of resources including manpower, machines, and materials. Implement quality control and safety measures throughout the production floor. Lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and operators; ensure training and performance evaluation. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and quality departments for smooth operations. Maintain production reports, analyze performance, and suggest continuous improvement measures. Manage inventory levels and minimize production downtime. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO standards, EHS norms).
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Engineering or related field. 9 to 20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:

Experience in handling SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines or PCB assembly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change. Automation Industry Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
