Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Production Engineer

to manage and optimize manufacturing operations in the

solar industry

. The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, improving efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets safely and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control

daily production activities

to meet output, quality, and delivery targets Supervise manufacturing of

solar modules / structures / inverters / BOS components

(as applicable) Ensure adherence to

quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines

Identify and implement

process improvements

to enhance productivity and reduce wastage Coordinate with

maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams

for smooth operations Analyze production data and prepare

MIS reports

for management review Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training of shop-floor staff Ensure compliance with

ISO, safety, and industry regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
