IDEAL ENGINEERING is a growing manufacturing company based in Chakan, engaged in producing high-quality engineering components. We are looking for a talented and multi-tasking person as Production Engineer to look out end-to-end plant operations. This role is responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring machine efficiency, maintaining quality standards, optimizing cost, and leading a multidisciplinary workforce.

Skills & Education:
- Engineering in Mechanical or Production or equivalent.
- Must have 6-8 years of experience in fabrication from Engineering Industry, Material handling equipment will be added advantage.
- Must be technically good, well versed in fabrication, machining activities etc.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes and procedures.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Work experience in manufacturing of material handling equipment's field is an added advantage.
- Result oriented.
- Must have problem solving skill.
- Good in handling contractors, Manpower assembly of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the fabrication process.
- Review and analyze production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
- Train and supervise a team of fabrication professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and budget
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Able to address operational issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
