"Production Engineer"

for an AdBlue manufacturing company in

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and execute daily production operations as per the production plan. Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity, manpower, and resources. Maintain raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) stock as per requirements. Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO / IATF /safety). Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting. Drive process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Ensure compliance with safety norms, 5S, and housekeeping on the shop floor. Prepare and submit daily production reports to management. Support audits, documentation, and certification processes. Train and guide operators and junior staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Desired Skills

Strong knowledge of chemical/mechanical production processes. Familiarity with AdBlue manufacturing or related water/chemical treatment plants. Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent production targets. Good communication and leadership skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years in production operations (AdBlue / Water Treatment / Chemical industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
