Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and assembly of EOT cranes
Handle shop floor operations and manpower
Ensure quality standards and timely delivery
Work with design and purchase teams for smooth workflow
Maintain production reports and schedules
Requirements:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical
2-5 years of experience in EOT crane or heavy fabrication industry
Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machining
Good communication & team-handling skills
