Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Production Engineer - Assembly (Fresher)

to join our production team on a 6-month contract. The role will involve hands-on work on the shop floor, supporting the assembly operations, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in production line improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the

assembly of mechanical and electronic components

as per production plans and quality standards. Understand and follow

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

and

work instructions

. Collaborate with the production supervisor to ensure daily targets are met. Support line balancing, layout improvements, and

waste reduction initiatives

. Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices at the workstation. Coordinate with quality inspectors to address any

in-process defects or deviations

. Learn and implement

basic troubleshooting

of equipment and tools used in assembly. Maintain proper documentation and daily production records. Adhere to

safety protocols

and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (2023/2024 pass out).

Experience:

Fresher or up to 6 months internship/training in manufacturing or assembly preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of

assembly tools, jigs, and fixtures

. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work in a

fast-paced shop floor environment

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,551.60 per month
