Parmann Nutritionals Pvt. Ltd (HUL) for Bihar Location.

Qualification: B.Tech. or Any Graduate

Exp.: 2 to 4 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

: Create daily/weekly plans, assign tasks, manage shifts, and ensure raw materials are available.

Team Management

: Supervise production workers, provide training, conduct performance reviews, and handle team issues.

Quality Control

: Implement QC checks, ensure adherence to standards (GMP, FSSC 22000), and resolve non-conformance.

Resource & Cost Control

: Optimize machine usage, minimize waste, manage budgets, and coordinate with procurement for timely material supply.

Safety & Compliance

: Enforce safety protocols (HACCP), maintain hygiene, and ensure equipment upkeep.

Reporting & Analysis

: Monitor KPIs, generate production reports, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Coordination

: Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics for seamless operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in FMCG/Food. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis. Excellent communication and adaptability.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
