Job Summary

We are looking for a

Production Engineer - BOQ & BOM

with strong technical knowledge in interior fit-out works. The role involves preparing accurate

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

and

Bills of Materials (BOM)

, coordinating with design, purchase, and production teams, and ensuring cost control and material optimization across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed

BOQ & BOM

based on approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with

design, planning, and production teams

for material finalization Verify drawings and ensure accurate quantity take-offs Support

purchase team

with material specifications and quantities Monitor material consumption vs BOQ/BOM and control wastage Assist in

cost estimation and budgeting

for interior projects Maintain BOQ/BOM records and update as per design or site changes Coordinate with site teams for material requirements and revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in

Mechanical / Interior / Production Engineering

2-5 years experience in

Interior Design / Furniture manufacturing

Strong knowledge of

interior materials, finishes, and hardware

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Excel

(mandatory) Good understanding of

drawings, shop drawings & specifications

Strong analytical and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in

retail, commercial, or hospitality interior projects

Knowledge of

ERP or material management systems

Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple projects
