Perform all job functions safely at a minimum cost. Recommends, implements, and coordinates activities for the manufacturing plant to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. Location: Bangalore(Bommasandra) Position: Production Controller/ Production Engineer Experience: 3+ years Qualification: BE-Mechanical Reporting: Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Production CTC: 4.5 LPA Roles and responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. \xc2\xb7 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. \xc2\xb7 Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers\' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint. \xc2\xb7 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers. \xc2\xb7 Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. \xc2\xb7 Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects. \xc2\xb7 Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. \xc2\xb7 Obtaining any materials and equipment required. Education & other required qualification/experience/skills for the job : \xc2\xb7 Degree in engineering \xc2\xb7 Relevant license may be required. \xc2\xb7 Experience with reading the part/component drawings, and specification sheets \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in the engineering field. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership abilities. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English language \xc2\xb7 Ability to make decisions under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
