1. Indian nationality; Bachelor's degree or above; engineering-related major; good English communication skills
2. Experience as manufacturing site supervisor or line leader (3+ years); automotive experience preferred
3.At least 2 years of experience in stamping process production or mold maintenance.
4.At least 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding process production or mold maintenance.
5.Experience in management at automotive or motorcycle manufacturers, or at supplier (satellite) factories, is preferred.
