Production Engineer
Job Description
-Plan, coordinate, and oversee production activities in the press shop, SPM shop, and assembly line to meet production targets and quality standards. -Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). - Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational performance. -Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO, TPM, OHSAS, and other relevant standards and regulations. - Monitor and analyze production data, including production output, quality metrics, and equipment performance, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures. -Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control plans. - Train and educate production staff on process and quality control procedures to ensure adherence to standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement. -Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations and practices. - Utilize computer awareness skills to effectively utilize production management software and tools.
