We are hiring an experienced Production Engineer / Assistant Manager - Production for our electronics manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery of electronic components such as transformers, magnetics, and inductors.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily and monthly targets
Supervise shop-floor operations related to transformers, magnetics, and inductors
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety norms
Monitor production efficiency, wastage, and manpower utilization
Coordinate with QA, stores, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation
Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Requirements:

Male candidate preferred
B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical
Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing(Transformers/Magnetics/Inductors is compulsory)
Strong knowledge of production processes and shop-floor management
Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
