- Lead the fabrication team and provide support to all the teams.
- Maintain the quality of work and ensure that the team is following the production plan.
- Manage all communications with supervisors and ensure efficiency of the fabrication procses.
- Resolve all issues for fabrication process.
- Improve quality of all fabrication activities.
- Assist the factory manager and prepare reports on a regular basis.
- Experience in Welding.
- Experience in read drawings and preparing a plan.
- Advanced knowledge in machining and CNC.
- Excellent communication skills
