Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and test new product concepts and enhancements to existing products.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications and requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to ensure product viability.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings and prototypes.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the manufacturing process by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Participate in product launch activities and provide training to sales and support teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in product engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
