Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Production Dispatch Engineer

to coordinate and manage daily dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate dispatch of materials and finished goods while maintaining strong coordination with production, stores, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily dispatch operations based on production schedules. Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills. Monitor stock levels of finished goods and ensure accurate record-keeping. Track vehicle movement, loading activities, and dispatch status. Maintain dispatch logs, documentation, and MIS reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during dispatch operations. Communicate effectively with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments. Handle customer dispatch queries and ensure on-time delivery.

Skills & Competencies Required

Good understanding of dispatch procedures and logistics coordination. Basic knowledge of manufacturing workflow and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (added advantage). Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Eligibility

Experience:

1-2 years in Dispatch / Logistics / Production coordination roles.

Education:

Diploma or B.E. graduates preferred.
