The role requiresstrong coordination skills, discipline, and the ability to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilitieso Plan and monitor daily production activities to meet timelines and quality standards.o Coordinate despatch schedules, documentation, and on-time delivery of materials.o Maintain close communication with customers for updates, queries, and issue resolution.o Ensure proper workflow between production, stores, packing, and despatch teams.o Maintain records of production output, dispatch status, and inventory movement.o Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.o Ensure safety rules and operational protocols are followed by all team members.o Guide and support junior staff, maintaining a disciplined and respectful work environment.Requirementso 5-12 years of experience in production, dispatch, or plant operations.o Strong coordination and planning skills.o Ability to handle pressure, manage deadlines, and support team discipline.o Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP/Software entry preferred).o Good communication skills with customers and internal teams.o Experience in manufacturing/industrial operations is preferred.Key Competencieso Time managemento Team coordinationo Problem-solvingo Safety awarenesso Professional and calm communicationo Ownership and accountability
