Job Description

We are hiring a

Production Designer

with experience in modular furniture manufacturing -- including kitchens, wardrobes, and office furniture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting approved layouts into detailed production drawings, coordinating panel cutlists, and supporting factory execution. The role requires expertise in AutoCAD, panel optimization, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

production-ready AutoCAD drawings

for modular projects Generate accurate

cutlists and optimization plans

for factory use Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and error-free manufacturing Check site measurements and align drawing specifications accordingly Maintain drawing version control and update BOQs and technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

cutlist preparation

, and

panel optimization

Understanding of hardware, finishes, edge banding, and modular system logic Comfortable supervising a small team and coordinating with multiple departments Exposure to both residential and office furniture production is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Yearly bonus
