90-days (3 months)

Remote - MUST be based in India to be considered.

Scope of Work:

Recreate designs made originally in Figma on a Canva-like design platform; designs include social media posts, postcards, letterheads, flyers, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective visual solutions that align with Real's brand identity Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ensure consistency in brand application across various platforms and materials

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or certification in graphic design, UX/UI/HCI, motion design, advertising/art direction, marketing, or a related field. 1-5 years of professional graphic design experience Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Google Suite Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
