Lets talk about the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer with strong expertise in both print and digital design. In this role, you will transform creative concepts into production-ready assets that support a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, sales enablement, retail, and eCommerce. You will ensure all marketing collateral is updated, finalized, and consistent in quality across all formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform established creative concepts into production-ready print and digital assets supporting campaigns, sales enablement, retail, and eCommerce
Create documents and products such as reports, proposals, newsletters, using publishing software to format text, data, photographs, charts, and other visual elements ensuring cohesion on each page
Review page proofs for design accuracy and errors, determining text sizes and fonts in final publications
Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and artists to ensure content and design alignment
Update existing marketing collateral (print and digital) to reflect text and image changes
Prepare final layouts and production art files for stakeholders and suppliers across print and digital formats
Assist with maintaining image libraries and graphic asset file storage systems
Embrace an iterative design process, being open and receptive to feedback throughout
Maintain meticulous attention to detail, spotting and correcting errors and inconsistencies across all marketing materials
Lets talk about you
Minimum of 5 years experience in visual design for both print and digital media
Good understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and image editing/retouching
Ability to create visually compelling compositions that clearly communicate marketing messages
Knowledge of print production processes and digital file management for commercial print preparation
Ability to work independently and manage effectively across time zones
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, ActionScript, Adobe XD, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects is a plus but not mandatory
Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (Preferred)
