JOB DESCRIPTION Department:

Manufacturing

Reports To:

Production Team Leader

Functional Relationships:

Production Department

Location : Thiruporur

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform assigned jobs and tasks in accordance with established

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

and achieve defined production targets. Operate manufacturing machines and equipment, including working

12-hour standing shifts

, while wearing required

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

. Handle chemicals and solvents safely and carry loads of up to

25 kg

as required by the process. Conduct routine

equipment and machine inspections

, basic maintenance activities, and

product quality checks

. Identify, report, and escalate any equipment, process, or quality abnormalities in a timely manner. Strictly comply with

safety, health, and housekeeping (5S)

standards at all times. Push and move heavy loads ranging from

300 kg to 400 kg

for specific processes. Perform any other duties as assigned by the

Supervisor, Manager, or Factory Head

.

ABILITY / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must possess the following qualifications and capabilities:

Education & Experience

Diploma in

Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

. Minimum

1 year of factory or manufacturing experience

.

Work Conditions

Willingness to work

12-hour shifts

(Permanent Day or Night Shift). Ability to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks. Willingness to work on

rotating 12-hour shifts

, if required.

Skills & Language

Basic computer proficiency with

MS Office applications

. Ability to

speak and write English fluently

. Knowledge of

Tamil and/or Japanese

will be considered an added advantage.

Valid passport is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
