Required Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

OR

Graduate (BSc / BCom / BBA)

with manufacturing exposure Diploma Mechanical is

preferred

for better shop-floor understanding.

Salary Range

?1.5 L - ?2.16 L per year

Key Responsibilities

Daily entry of

production data

(shift-wise / machine-wise / part-wise) in Excel / MIS. Collect production reports from

shop floor supervisors

and verify accuracy. Update: Planned vs actual production Rejection & rework quantities Machine downtime (if applicable) Coordinate with

Production, Quality, and PPC teams

for data clarification. Prepare and share

daily production reports

with concerned departments. Maintain historical production records for audits (ISO / IATF). Support month-end data reconciliation with production team. Ensure data discipline and adherence to internal processes.

Reporting To

Production Manager

Key Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of

MS Excel

(data entry, basic formulas). Basic understanding of: Production processes Machine operations (conceptual) Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate with shop-floor staff. Comfortable working in

shift environments

(if required).
