Job Summary:

The Production cum Process Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day production activities, monitoring process flow, ensuring timely execution of jobs as per production plans, and maintaining communication between departments such as Design, Purchase, Stores, and Quality. The role ensures that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Production Coordination:

Coordinate daily production schedules and job orders as per planning. Track work progress on the shop floor and update management on status. Ensure material availability by coordinating with the store and purchase departments. Assist the Production Manager in capacity planning and resource allocation.

2. Process Management:

Monitor and document process flow to ensure smooth operation across departments. Identify bottlenecks or delays and take corrective actions to ensure deadlines are met. Support implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed at every stage of production.

3. Quality & Compliance:

Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure inspections are completed at each stage. Ensure adherence to company quality standards and safety norms. Assist in maintaining ISO or other process compliance documentation.

4. Communication & Reporting:

Act as a bridge between design, planning, stores, and production teams. Maintain production logs, reports, and process records accurately. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Suggest improvements in workflow, process layout, and manpower utilization. Participate in meetings for planning, production review, and quality enhancement. Support in implementing lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and coordination skills Knowledge of production processes and materials (preferably HVAC or fabrication industry) Good communication and reporting skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Proficiency in MS Office / ERP software Understanding of quality and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Diploma or B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

Experience:

3-6 years of experience in a production coordination or process control role (preferably in HVAC or fabrication industry)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
