Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production cum Maintenance Supervisor to take full responsibility for the production process and machinery maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and lead the workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete in-charge of daily production operations and machine maintenance Monitor and control production wastage to improve efficiency Conduct quality and quantity checks on finished products Manage production documentation, production sheets, and inventory Lead and supervise machine operators and labour workforce Assist the maintenance team by reporting maintenance requirements timely Execute preventive maintenance of machines and production floor Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in production supervision and machinery maintenance Strong leadership and workforce management skills Good understanding of documentation and inventory control Ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Office)

Proficiency in Hindi language

(preferred for labour management) Good communication and problem-solving skills

Shift Timing:

Morning Shift:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Evening Shift:

3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
(Shift rotation based on requirement)
